About
Born to perform, Alanna’s talent became apparent at a very early age and her first foray into film, television and theatre came through appearances in local television commercials in Jamaica. At just nine years old she made her film debut, playing the role of “Little Miss Lou”
in “The Drums Keep Sounding”, a docu-film chronicling the life and work of famed Jamaican cultural icon Louise Bennett Coverly, MBE.
She later went on to join the Cathi Levy Players and subsequently the Jamaica Musical Theatre Company, furthering nurturing her passions
and honing her skills through performances in a series of musicals and concerts.
